Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another notification once it has been shipped.

In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, dispatch times may be extended. Should any significant delay occur, our customer support team will notify you promptly.


2. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with reliable and trusted courier and logistics service providers to ensure that your products are delivered safely and on time. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we deliver to most major cities and towns across India.
If your delivery location is in a remote or non-serviceable area, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives or refund arrangements.

At present, international shipping is not available.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and product category.
We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions, which will be clearly communicated during checkout.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner timelines.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistic disruptions beyond our control.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment status directly through our courier partner’s website.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
We will assess the case and take appropriate steps such as replacement or refund as per our policy.


8. Change of Shipping Address

Address changes can be made only before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
Please ensure that all details entered during checkout are accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.


9. Undeliverable Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipment of such orders may incur additional shipping charges.
