1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
The product is within the return period (usually within 7 days from the date of delivery).
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been:
Opened, used, or tampered with.
Damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
Purchased during special sales or promotional offers, unless defective.
2. Return Process

3. Inspection and Approval
After we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the condition and eligibility.
Once the inspection is complete, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your return request.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
In cases where the product was purchased using cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

6. Replacement Policy
